What to expect

Here at Akron Community Church, our message and mission is to help people know Jesus, grow in their faith and live in community with other believers. Our members are down to earth families and individuals of various ages and backgrounds. We look forward to meeting you!

  • Is there childcare?

    Yes. We offer childcare for babies and toddlers. We also have a children's church program for kids ages 4-5th grade that meets during the 10:15 A.M. service. Children are dismissed for children's church following our opening worship set. Children's church takes place in our Sunday School space on the lower level.

  • Where do I park?

    We have a large parking lot directly next to our church that you can access from Main Street or from the side entrance off of 272.

  • What should I wear?

    We don't have a dress code and welcome you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. You'll see people here wearing casual clothes, jeans, or some of our older members still enjoy dressing in their Sunday best.

  • How do I connect online?

    We regularly post updates and information to our Facebook page, and you can find our services online with Facebook or Youtube.
